Playlists are a big part of my writing process… Or at least my procrastination process? Either way, I always throw together a song list for my books.
The playlists change all the time depending on my mood and new music discoveries. Quanta’s list used to be almost entirely Bjork and Kanon Wakeshima, but as her story has evolved, so has her music. Now it’s way more eclectic and slightly less weird (but only slightly). I’m surprised it only has one K-Pop entry, but I’m sure I’ll fix that soon–in the meantime, almost all my playlists have Aqualung and Sick Puppies…and I couldn’t pick just one Papa Roach song.
